Why Dakhla?
Dakhla is globally recognized as the Mecca of kitesurfing. Its huge flat water lagoon, coupled with constant wind blowing almost year-round (over 300 days of wind), creates an extremely forgiving learning environment. You can touch the bottom for very long distances, which immediately reassures you and allows you to focus solely on technique and steering.

Your learning path
A step-by-step method to safely bring you to autonomy.

Days 3 & 4: Water Start
Pre-waterstart and waterstart. Starting to ride on both sides. Learning to control your speed.
Days 5 & 6: Riding Upwind
Launching and landing with the help of an assistant. Riding left and right. Controlling speed, the kite, and transitions.
Fast Progression
Mistakes to Avoid
The secret of our pedagogy: we anticipate your flaws even before you make them. Here is what we will correct together.
Mistake: Constantly pulling on the bar (tensing up)
Our instructors teach you to release the tension. Kitesurfing is steered with finesse; the bar is used to manage power, not to hang onto.
Mistake: Looking at your kite or board while riding
Thanks to radio coaching, we remind you in real-time to look at your heading and trajectory. The body follows the gaze!
Mistake: Sending the kite too aggressively during waterstart
We break down the kite's movement (figure 8 or J-shape) to generate a smooth but sufficient pull.
